49th Street Townhomes

49th Street Townhomes is a waterfront community of 28 tri-level townhouses located on one of Fort Lauderdale's many finger canals off the Intracoastal Waterway.  These townhouses are very spacious and offer 2-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a loft, and depending on the unit, either a 1 or 2 car garage.
